Lost and Found

A lost property service is operated at our Security Office. Any items (other than perishable goods) handed in will be kept safely at the Guildhall for 6 months. If the property carries any form of identification the Guildhall will make every effort to contact the owner.

Safe Child Scheme

Child safety is a top priority at the Guildhall and Safe Child wristbands are freely available from any Security & Customer Relations Officer. The responsible adult should write a mobile telephone number on the wristband and attach it to their child's wrist. This will help us to reunite a lost child with their family without delay. A number of Guildhall shops are members of the county-wide Safe Child Scheme and display the Safe Child logo in their shop windows.

Shopmobility

A scheme to provide electrically powered wheelchairs and scooters, or manual wheelchairs to help people who have limited mobility to shop and use the facilities in Stafford Town Centre. Click here for further details.
