Lost and Found - A lost property service is operated at our Security Office. Any items (other than perishable goods) handed in will be kept safely at the Guildhall for 6 months. If the property carries any form of identification the Guildhall will make every effort to contact the owner.

Safe Child Scheme - Child safety is a top priority at the Guildhall and Safe Child wristbands are freely available from any Security & Customer Relations Officer. The responsible adult should write a mobile telephone number on the wristband and attach it to their child’s wrist. This will help us to reunite a lost child with their family without delay.

A number of Guildhall shops are members of the county-wide Safe Child Scheme and display the Safe Child logo in their shop windows.

Shopmobility - A scheme to provide electrically powered wheelchairs and scooters, or manual wheelchairs to help people who have limited mobility to shop and use the facilities in Stafford Town Centre. For further details see our Links Page.

Retail Merchandise Units (RMU’s) and mall promotions - RMU’s and mall space are available to hire. If you are interested in booking an RMU, follow the link to Promotions Space Limited on our Links page or for mall promotions contact the Marketing & Promotions Manager at the Guildhall Shopping Centre on 01785 223107.

Lottery/Information Kiosk - If you have any queries or questions during your visit to the Guildhall a visit to the Lottery/Information Desk could solve your problem. Speak to any of the friendly and helpful staff and they will do their very best to help you... and why not buy a Lottery ticket whilst you are there?

Guildhall Gift Vouchers - now available to purchase at the Management Office. Vouchers can only be purchased for cash (ie no cheques or credit cards) and can then be used in any of the shops at the Guildhall making them an ideal birthday gift.
