Full Marks for Town Centre Car Park

The Guildhall Shopping Centre's multi storey car park has been recognized by Staffordshire Police for its high levels of safety and security. The prestigious Park Mark® Award was first awarded to the Guildhall's car park in March 2009 and following a rigorous re-assessment the award has been reaffirmed.

The Park Mark® Award is awarded to those car parks that have quality management with good lighting, effective surveillance and a clean environment all of which contribute to low levels of crime – in short safer parking for everyone. Park Mark® is as much about reducing the fear of crime as it is in reducing actual crime in car parks and the intention is that customers should seek out the Park Mark® tick when choosing where to leave their vehicle.
